Tyre filling technology with polyurethane
ZEUS tyre filling products and flat proofing solutions, stop punctures and other forms of air leakage in all pneumatic tyres. Tyres that range from giant earthmovers, to those on fork lift trucks, as well as very small industrial trailers . This is achieved by employing a proven and highly flexible, liquid urethane based compound, which is first pumped into the tyre’s air cavity through its normal air inflation valve, where once all the air in that cavity has been replaced (Void-Free) by the tyre filling compound, is then taken up to the tyre’s recommended operating pressure. Once this is done, the final process of placing the whole tyre & wheel assembly into a curing oven, to set-off the liquid tyre filling compound into a solid state and properly pressurised tyre unit is carried out, ensuring throughout its normal operating life, that tyre will never leak, or go flat, despite any surface tread, or sidewall damage and intrusions.
